Virtual reality is helping improve safety in the mines by simulating high-risk environments and safety hazards without comprising miners’ safety.
A new training lab has opened at the Resources Centre of Excellence which will help equip our resources workers with more knowledge and skills to help keep them safe.
The new software has been developed by Next World Enterprises.
Our government has committed funding to expand the centre as well as additional funds for the Stage 2 expansion which will accelerate our critical minerals industry.
